I downgraded several packages that were upgraded yesterday using debian
snapshot. Then I started upgrading some of the packages again rebooting
in between to see when the title bars turn black. The title bars turned
black after this set of packages was upgraded. They all seem to be
dependent on each other so I can't narrow it down any farther.

Upgraded the following packages:
libgail-3-0 (3.4.2-2) to 3.4.2-3
libgtk-3-0 (3.4.2-2) to 3.4.2-3
libgtk-3-0-dbg (3.4.2-2) to 3.4.2-3
libgtk-3-bin (3.4.2-2) to 3.4.2-3
libgtk-3-common (3.4.2-2) to 3.4.2-3
