Bug#694929: gnome-shell shows blank windows on hardware lacking NPOT textures

Intel 865G (and below) hardware has no support for full
GL_ARB_texture_non_power_of_two
gnome-shell/clutter/cogl (whatever's responsible) used to handle things
correctly just using GL_ARB_texture_rectangle

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a Intel 865G GPU
2. Try to use gnome-shell in Debian Wheezy

or

1. Be using Debian Wheezy
2. gnome-shell --cogl-debug=disable-npot-textures --replace

Actual results:
Windows don't have their contents. Gnome-shell is unusable.

Expected results:
Windows show their contents.

This could be fixed by patches in version 3.4.1, so that users who have Intel
pre-915 GPU can enjoy the experience of gnome-shell in Gnome 3.
