Bug#695818: gnome-boxes: Can't create VM from a physical CD

1. Insert an operating system install CD into your computer
2. Open Boxes and click New
3. Click Continue and then try to select the install CD

What happens
- It's not really possible to select the physical CD

What should happen
- The CD should show up as an option above "Enter URL" or "Select a file"

This was reported at https://bugzilla.gnome.org/689938 and can be
fixed by simply having gnome-boxes depend on libosinfo-bin.

Personally, I think it's an RC bug if a VM app can't install a VM from
a physical CD so I'm marking this serious.
