Package: system-config-printer
Version: 1.3.7-3
Cups-Version: 1.5.3-2.10
Severity: normal

Hi,

system-config-printer fails to add my network printer. After finishing
the configuration wizard, the "cupsd" and the "system-config-printer"
process both seem to be stuck in an endless loop (see the attached
"screenshot-top.png" and "screenshot-system-config-printer.png" files).

Here's the relevant part of the ~/.xsession-errors file:

Error loading /etc/cupshelpers/preferreddrivers.xml: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/etc/cupshelpers/preferreddrivers.xml'

And here's the relevant part of the /var/log/cups/access_log file:

[ ... The last line repeats until the "cupsd" process is manually killed ... ]

Please tell me if you need more information to reproduce or debug this!
