Bug#659847: [ekiga] Ekiga doesn't play newmessage.wav

As you can see above, the Ekiga version is 3.2.7-4.1+b1 installed on
my Debian GNU/Linux SID.

I forgot to mention that that other wav files play well when in
Preferences ->  General ->  Sound events one try those out with Play
button.
