Bug#659977: libglib2.0-doc: G[U]INT_TO_POINTER and GPOINTER_TO_[U]INT missing from documentation

The 'Type Conversion Macros' page of the GLib documentation should
document six macros, as seen on
<http://developer.gnome.org/glib/stable/glib-Type-Conversion-Macros.html>.
But the package on my system only documents GSIZE_TO_POINTER and
GPOINTER_TO_SIZE, omitting G[U]INT_TO_POINTER and
GPOINTER_TO_[U]INT.
