GTK3 depends on GTK2

librsvg2-common is a Suggests of libgtk-3-0 and not a hard dependency.
It isn't installed by default either.

I'm not entirely sure if that librsvg2-common dependency is a remnant of
the gtk+2.0 package which the gtk+3.0 package is based of.

Or if the svg pixbuf loader shipped in librsvg2-common  is actually
still useful for gtk+3 which would warrant to keep the Suggests.
