Out of date dependency in libgtk2.0-dev 2.24.9-2

I upgraded some system components recently and when I went to build my
favourite tuning app got some known errors from lib pango headers. I guess
the dependency should be updated from this to that:

Ahh, it specs this: libpango1.0-dev (>= 1.20)

installing the latter solved the build issue.
