created really fresh user on the i386 system and made the following
steps without any other things:

 * (as root) adduser testuser ...
 * Login from gdm3
 * Open Epiphany
 * Enter Url http://twitter.com
 * Save as Web application
 * Press windows key
 * Enter "webtwi" (not found)
 * Clean text field and enter "twi" (not found)

Unfortunately no luck with a fresh user too.
