Bug#649297: libgconf2-4: gconf-sanity-check-2 does not run

This is not as it is implemented currently.
Due to the fact of the error message described above in this thread it
seems that the package depends on libktk-3.0 and not only recommend it.

IMHO installing libgtk-3-0 is not an option bcs. it pulls a bunch of
gnome3 packages - which I do not want to install at the moment.
I think it would be best to dereference libgtk-3-0 if possible.
