Bug#680584: rhythmbox: Should not display anything instead of "Unknown" when a song is from an unknown album

When playing a song from the library, the tools bar displays the song's title,
artist and album. But when the song's file does not contain a tag indicating
the album the song is from, the program displays "Unknown" where the value
of the album tag normally displayed.
Instead, the program should just ommit displaying the album's title if it is
unknown.

So, for example, instead of:
  Nothing in my way by Keane from Unknown
it should read:
  Nothing in my way by Keane

It's more natural and doesn't collide with some album actually titled
"Unknown" :-)
