Bug#680620: brasero has no idea about the run time of an mp3 file

Both brasero and sound juicer agree on the duration of tracks on a CD. I use
juicer to rip to mp3 files.

I assume it's not obvious to determine the run time of an mp3 file. Totem
constantly changes its mind, but is
never more than a few seconds off from the correct time.

Brasero is wildly off and never changes what it thinks the run time to be. A 3
minute track is claimed to run
for 12 minutes, etc.
