Bug#681310: gdm3 sometimes starts greater with ugly graphics (no wallpaper and poor gtk theme for the login window)

This means gnome-settings-daemon fails to start.

/var/lib/gdm3/:0-greeter.log should contain useful information for that
case.

Enabling debug (in /etc/gdm3/daemon.conf) is recommended.
