Yep, I think doing both is sensible and for jessie we will certainly
update affected packages to use absolute paths.
As for wheezy using /usr/lib/NetworkManager is the easiest way to
address this issue with the least amount of churn.

Yeah, please fix that to use /usr/lib/NetworkManager
