Bug#683195: gnome-terminal: "Open Link" on an URL doesn't work anymore

Package: gnome-terminal
Version: 3.4.1.1-1
Severity: normal
Upon right-clicking an URL and selecting "Open Link", a new blank Iceweasel
window gets opened, with the link not being passed in any way.
On the same system, xfce-terminal does it correctly (ie, telling the
existing session to open the link, actually handing it the URL), so did
gnome-terminal until recently. I thus assume this is a regression in
gnome-terminal rather than another part of the system.
This seems to be different than #524473: there's no parsing error, no output
in ~/.xsession-errors, and _something_ happens.
In case this is related: the machine had mime-support from experimental
installed (that version is supposed to get an exception into wheezy soon).
I downgraded mime-support to 3.52-1, no improvement.
Also, the next menu item, "Copy Link Address", doesn't appear to do anything
anymore.
