Bug#675791: dpkg falsly marks packages as configured and having files installed

Just to clarify, these three are the only possibly "problematic" ones.

These two are just fine though, and the fact they do not contain any
files is also ok, they are marked as still having config-files because
the package provides a postrm script which might need to do some action
on purge.
