Apparently not:

You are running fallback mode, i.e. metacity and gnome-panel.

Please try with a fresh user account, if the problem is reproducible there.

Please also attach a screenshot.

Could you check if you have running metacity process?


Unfortunately so far I have absolutely no idea what your problem is as
your bug reports lacks any useful information.
