Bug#676868: epiphany-browser: Does not show display page title when maximized

With gnome shell 3.4, when the window is maximized, epiphany-browser
uses the window title area for the URL bar.

As a result, the page title is no longer displayed in the window title
area. If in addition no tabs are present, the title is not displayed at
all.
