Bug#653494: gnome shortcuts not working

Found some more information.

all the shortcuts that do work with Win key (i.e. run dialog, toggle
maximize) exists in org.gnome.desktop.wm.keybindings

the others (i.e lock screen, calculator, custom:terminal) does not
even show up there (there's no key which even resemble those options).
but they show up just as i edited in settings>keyboard>shortcuts.

Also, in the gconf data, i have alternate shortcuts and do not show up
on the settings>keyboard>shortcuts. for example, toggle maximize used
to be alt+f10. i changed it via the system settings dialog to Super+3.
it changed alright, but instead of replacing the previous one, my
gconf value now reads: ['<Super>3', '<Alt>F10']

(also, why call it Shortcuts in the UI and Key Bindings in the
backend... confusing as hell to debug as i was grepping for shortcuts
all the time and finding no clue)

Thank you,
Gabriel
