Bug#648052: Bug still alive

Dear Maintainer,

I got bitten by this bug yesterday as metacity-common was updated during an
apt-get upgrade. The fix described above got the system back to working
again.

running sid, apt-get updated most every day

tv:~$ dpkg -s metacity
Package: metacity
