help needed bootstrapping gconf/d-conf

Have you tried disabling the build of anything not being just the dconf
library bits? I amb guessing the gtk3 bit is just the dconf-editor
program, which you don't need to build anything. Get rid of anything
dconf-editor, build a temporary package that unlocks your stuff, and
continue.
