Bug#659977: libglib2.0-doc: G[U]INT_TO_POINTER and GPOINTER_TO_[U]INT missing from documentation

We rebuild the gtk-doc API documentation.
My guess is, that this happens because we use srcdir != builddir

When I'm diffing the generated documentation against the one shipped
upstream, I'm seeing a lot of missing references to
glib/glib-Basic-Types.html# in api-index-*.html
