Does librsvg2-common need to depend on libgtk2?

I've checked the archive and haven't found any users of the svg
theme-engine and it looks basically unmaintained (upstream wise). So I
decided to just drop it.

librsvg-common_2.34.2-3 no longer depends on libgtk2.0-0 as a result.
