  * New upstream development release.
  * gnome-utils has been split and gnome-font-viewer is a separate project now.
  * Rename the source package to gnome-font-viewer.
  * Drop non-gnome-font-viewer files, packages and build dependencies.
  * Update watch file and Vcs-* URLs.
  * Stop using dh-autoreconf.
  * Bump Build-Depends on libglib2.0-dev to (>= 2.31.0), add libfreetype6-dev.
  * Rewrite and update debian/copyright using the new machine-readable
    format.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.3.
