Bug#665771: Failed to load terminal capabilities from '/etc/termcap'

Package: libvte-2.90-9
Version: 1:0.32.0-1
Severity: important

After the upgrade from vte 0.30 to 0.32, I got the following error in
gnome-terminal when trying to open new tabs:

*** VTE ***: Failed to load terminal capabilities from '/etc/termcap'

After restarting the session, the problem went away.

This problem most likely happens because in 0.32 the termcap file is
built-in using gressource, and gnome-terminal still had the old library
loaded.
