Bug#665290: Not _trying_ to do Distro upgrades

Okay I understand, but beside you not wanting to use it for Distro
Upgrades, 
GSD shouldn't complain about that because GetDistroUpgrades are supposed
to be managed by the backend (see pk matrix I posted here above).
