Bug#672970: evince: cannot save signed forms

Package: evince
Version: 3.2.1-1+b1
Severity: normal
THe attached pdf is a signed form. Evince can edit it, but when saving
the edited form it gives out an error saying that hte document is
encrypted (it isn't) and refusing to save.
Removing the signature using qpdf --decrypt makes evince apparently save
the edited document without errors. In fact, however, the saved
document does not show the edits once opened.
