Bug#673667: totem-mozilla: Split out totem-vega or add to Flash alternatives

Totem Mozilla ships with the Vega plugin, which registers itself as
a Flash plugin in a browser. Either integrate the Vega plugin with
the alternatives for Flash, at a very low priority, or move it out
of totem-mozilla (or both).
