Once the screen is dead, the applications can be still working, for
instance music playing works fine, but I can not control the software.

Once the screen is dead, if I randomly click the mouse, and the switch
to tty1, where I entered 'startx' to start gnome, it shows some error info:

"  The XKEYBOARD keymap compiler (xkbcomp) reports:
   > Warning: Compact map for group 2 redefined
              Using new definition
   > ......  3 redefined
   > ......  4 redefinde

   Errors from xkbcomp are not fatal to the X server
"
However, this info never showed without gnome-shell becoming dead
