Bug#692235: gnome-screensaver: switching keyboard layout does not works when screen is locked

Dear Gnome Maintainers,

When the screen is locked if I switch the keyboard layout (for example
azerty to qwerty or azerty to bépo) the "layout icon" change correctly
but in fact the layout is still unchanged.
