2- With debug option (# update-manager -d), when appears an "Important security update", I select it and ...

Here is the error: the url where to retrieve changes don't exist, because after folder “pool” don't exist "updates", only contrib, main or non-free:

In folder “main”, there is something similar, but don't have the expected "libproxy_0.3.1-2+squeeze1/changelog.txt":

... but I don't know how to repair it.
