Bug#692991: [dconf-tools] File: ~/.config/dconf/user becomes corrupted and breaks account

After customizing a few the desktop and after some logins and logouts, file: ~/.config/dconf/user becomes
corrupted, this cause strange theme settings or avoid from starting session in Gnome for this user with
the error message "Something has gone wrong".
Moving or deleting this file, fixes the problem, but causes the user to lost all his personal desktop
configuration.
I attach two screenshots and one corrupted sample file.
