This works: both keys (dconf and gsettings) switches when checking 
on/off the setting in vino-preferences.

I have this:
snoopy:~$ grep Autos /usr/share/gnome/autostart/vino-server.desktop
AutostartCondition=GSettings org.gnome.Vino enabled
X-GNOME-Autostart-Phase=Applications

but when checking on, no vino is started:
snoopy:~$ ps aux|grep -i vino
ededu     7682  1.7  0.3 338692 14136 pts/0    Sl   17:37   0:00 
vino-preferences
ededu     7687  0.0  0.0   9228   892 pts/0    S+   17:38   0:00 grep 
--color -i vino
snoopy:~$ ps aux|grep -i vino

I should have seen it with ps, is that right?
