Bug#689662: gdm: XDMCP port kept open

GDM children keep the XDMCP port 177/udp open, needlessly. It is
only the parent GDM process that needs this port, maybe children
servicing XDMCP use it during initial setup, but is unused and
should be closed afterwards. Keeping it open prevents the parent
GDM from being restarted. Each time the parent is stuck, I need
to kill all running GDMs, in the process logging out all users,
before I can restart it.
