Bug#691295: gdm3: /usr/bin/gdm-screenshot missing man page

Per Debian Policy section 12.1:

"If no manual page is available, this is considered as a bug and should
be reported to the Debian Bug Tracking System (the maintainer of the
package is allowed to write this bug report themselves, if they so
desire). Do not close the bug report until a proper manpage is
available."

The gdm-screenshot binary is currently being shipped by gdm3 without a man page. I have gone ahead and prepared a man page to resolve this issue based on the --help output. The man page is written in POD format to match the style of debian/{gdm3.8.pod,gdmflexiserver.1.pod}.
