Bug#691325: evince: Printing should only offer multiple doc pages per printed page if doc contains at least this many pages

Evince seems to remember my last multiple-page printing setting, e.g. 2 pages on one
printed page. But this seems not to be the best behaviour in all cases, especially if the
document contains less pages than the setting involves, especially if it is a single-page
document.

Maybe 1 document page on 1 printed page should even be the general setting, so that the
user must consciously change the setting to print multiple pages on one printout page.
