gnome-shell-extensions is just a collection of specific extensions,
so this is more of a bug in (the packaging of) gnome-shell itself.
Reassigning there.

unzip isn't strictly necessary to use gnome-shell, so it should perhaps
just be a Recommends (which are installed by default anyway).
