Bug#686672: libgtk-3-bin: /usr/bin/gtk-query-immodules-3.0 missing

I was pointed to /usr/bin/gtk-query-immodules-* via bug #684931 and
yet it turns out that neither the GTK2 or GTK3 version of the binary
is shipped by Debian, even though both manual pages are shipped.
