FYI. This is confirmed upstream. Since this was unnoticed so far, I am
guessing this does not happen often and I was just unlucky.
Marking bug as important since it makes the PDF mostly unusable with
evince & xpdf.

Hi Mathieu,

The images are drawn inside patterns, and the pattern bounding box y
values are reversed.  I'll add code in Gfx::doTilingPatternFill() to
check for that and reverse them.
