Bug#704737: printing doesn't work because of incorrect size sent to the printer

Package: evince
Version: 3.4.0-3.1
Severity: important
Dear maintainers,
I cannot print any document with evince these days. It has been for at
least one month. It used to work in the past, but I do not print
documents every day so I do not know when it stopped working exactly.
I'm using an enterprise network printer. When I submit a job with
evince, it complains because the job expects A3 paper, which is not
available. Even when I explicitly set the paper size to A4 in the
printing dialog box.
When I print using Iceweasel, which uses the same dialog box (so I
guess it shares some backend with evince), it works.
Printing from the commandline using lpr, or printing a test page using
CUPS's web interface on localhost also work.
Cheers,

Stéphane
