Python fixes for GNOME Sudoku in SVN

Hi all,

The attached patch fixes a few issues with GNOME Sudoku in SVN. It's
not a problem with the current gnome-games package, just the split
source package that is unreleased. So I'm sending the patch here as
opposed to filing a bug...

  * Add missing X-Python-Version field and ${python:Depends} to
    debian/control.{in}
  * Set package as Architecture: all
  * Drop un-needed build dependencies on libglib2.0-dev and
    valac-0.18.
