It's probably abt choosing the order. Added David to Cc:, perhaps he can
shed some light into this. Or tell me if you need more apt debug options
enabled to dig into this:-)

It's the piuparts dist-upgrade test from squeeze to wheezy, but this
time running with --enable-recommends. I only started doing these tests
after the xml-core Pre-Depends problems that have shown up recently and
have shown that there is a need for --enable-recommends because that can
find a different class of problems (but requires more resources).
