Bug#718863: quadrapassel: Menubar with link to preferences etc. is not displayed

Dear Maintainer,

in quadrapassel the menubar is not shown and hence preferences are not
accessable. The symbolbar is shown and also everything else seems to work
normally.

I can compile the source downloaded from
https://git.gnome.org/browse/quadrapassel/snapshot/quadrapassel-
gnome-3-8.tar.gz but the problems stays the same. I get warning messages during
make (see below), however for me they seem not to be connected to the problem.
