Dear Maintainer,


while gnome-screenshot has a filter option, the two present filters (border and
shadow) are not resembling current postprocessing trends, likely exposing GNOME
users to ridicule when publishing their pictures on the social web. I therefore
implemented a third filter that adds a vintage look to screenshots.
