Bug#731260: gnome-panel: Gnome classic does not work properly

Hello

After upgrade of gnome-panel to version 3.8.0-1 it does not work properly.
Seems that acceleration does not work. Gnome-shell works without any problem,
affected is Gnome classic mode  only . This problem I have identified on all my
computers with AMD and Intel graphic cards.
