Bug#731872: gnome-control-center: Turn off sound on pressing AltGr

Dear Maintainer,

When I press AltGr (right Alt on my PC), it beeps. This beep is annoying.

There should be an option to turn off this beep. (I think moreover, that
turning off should be the default or the only option.)
