Bug#732168: seahorse: drop gnome-doc-utils from Build-Depends

In Ubuntu, we've applied the attached patch to achieve the following:

   * debian/control:
       - Drop Build-Depends on gnome-doc-utils, replaced by yelp-tools.
Port to new documentation infrastructure.
