I found one guilty. The sensors extension is responsible of the high cpu
usage.
Please note that the cpu usage does not get high as soon as we activate
this extension. It takes time, and the cpu usage progressively gets
higher and higher.
Deactivating sensors extension does not resolve the issue: the cpu usage
still gets higher and higher. The only solution to solve this bug is to
restart the session.
I highly think that no program at all should allow extensions to consume
all the cpu times. So I still believe that the bug has a lot of concerns
with the gnome-shell program.
Also note that I have 6 gnome-shell processes running (from htop), and
only a single one (always the same process) will consume the cpu.
Also note that this did not happend with gnome-shell 3.6.
