nautilus-gdu does not seem provided anymore with the current
gnome-disk-utility package, but even after installing the version from
Wheezy, I’m not able to reproduce the following error:

Some packages have been updated in the mean time, could it be a
transient issue with some not yet updated packages back then, but if
not, could you please provide a way to reproduce the issue?
