Package: vino
Version: 3.4.2-1+b1
Followup-For: Bug #614144
Dear Maintainer,
I have observed high CPU usage as well. At this time, I am unable to determine
the root cause of the runaway CPU use. Typically, top shows usage of 90-100%
CPU time on a 4-core machine, across all cores. I am still learning the layout
of Gnome 3's user settings and therefore have been unable to locate where the
vino-server process is being enabled or used. For now, the solution has been
to kill -9 the offending task as I have no need for a remote desktop service on
the machine in question.
